Contents Page Construction: Adding a thumbnail

I wanted to add a thumbnail image of the cover onto the contents page. To do this I re-sized an image of my cover using Photoshop.

I then inserted this onto my contents page. To do this I added a placeholder, and then placed the image inside.

I then rotated the image using the Rotate Tool.
